We can sever North East from the rest of India if we are able to organise 5 lakhs Muslims. If we can not do it permanently, then we can do it for months. It is our duty to cut off Assam from India, only then Government would be forced to hear us. If we want to help Assam, we must detach Assam from rest of India.”
When Sharjeel Imam was inciting gathering of Muslims so viciously, common citizens asked each other, “Who is he? Is he someone who crossed the border to enter India from enemy country? How can someone instigate a gathering so blatantly to break India? Is this freedom of expression or plain SEDITION? Or is he a terrorist or Jihadi, who is supporting his gang to break and bleed India?
No, it is not someone who has crossed Indian border from an enemy country, which dreams to break India into pieces. It is Sharjeel Imam, a PhD student in JNU, who was addressing Aligarh Muslim University students protesting against CAA in the campus on January 16.
Have institutions like JNU and AMU become breeding grounds to produce enemy of India in the name of free speech? After Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid shouted slogans of भारत तेरे टुकड़े होंगे in JNU campus in 2016, it is Sharjeel Imam from JNU, who is openly inflaming students of AMU to cut off Assam from rest of India in 2020.
Kanhaiya Kumar was lapped up by Communist Party of India, which awarded him with Loksabha ticket to fight from Begusarai in 2019. However, voters reminded Kanhaiya Kumar that they don’t vote for India’s enemy. Since, Sharjeel Imam is following in Kanhaiya Kumar’s footsteps more viciously, which political party is backing him implicitly? Imam is also said to be one of the organisers of Shaheen Bagh protest.
Couple of days ago, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia had publicly declared that he stands in solidarity with Shaheen Bagh protesters with which Sharjeel Imam is associated as the chief co-ordinator. Now, the moment the senior AAP leader, Sisodia challenged the BJP government to arrest Sharjeel Imam within 24 hours, a video of Imam with AAP MLA Amanatullah khan surfaced on social media.
Earlier, AAP leader Amanatullah Khan had incited Muslim by his inflammable words—One can live without water. But, it is getting difficult to breathe, live with freedom, ensure safety of places of worship, walking with beard and skull cap and wearing burqas—protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act, which has nothing to do with Indian Muslims. Now, Sharjeel Imam, who was seen with Khan, is calling upon student to break India. Is this how AAP conspiring to weaken India?
