The successor to the Vivo S1 is coming next week. The Vivo S5 is officially launching on November 14. Ahead of the launch, an official-looking teaser of the Vivo S5 appears on the internet. The teaser shows the Vivo S5 from both front and back and reveals the complete design of the smartphone. Interestingly, the Vivo S5 will come with a diamond-cut camera design on the back. Live images that leaked in the past also suggested that the Vivo S5 will come with diamond-shaped camera setup.

The teaser poster shows the white-blue colour variant of the Vivo S5. We expect the Vivo S5 to come in other colour variants too. The teaser reveals that the Vivo S5 will come three cameras on the back and single sensor on the front. The selfie shooter will sit inside a punch-hole on the top-right side of the screen. With a punch-hole camera onboard it is safe to say that the Vivo S5 will offer higher screen-to-body ratio and much-enhanced multimedia experience.

The diamond-cut camera setup of the Vivo S5 will sit in the middle-upper half of the back panel. The diamond camera setup will include three cameras in addition to the LED flash. The fourth camera will sit right below the diamond cut camera setup. Rumours suggest that the Vivo S5 will pack a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide lens, 5MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro lens. On the front, the Vivo smartphone will come with 32MP selfie shooter.

Ahead of the launch some specifications of the Vivo S5 have leaked. The leaks suggest that the Vivo smartphone will come with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a much higher screen to body ratio when compared to the Vivo S1. The leaks also suggest that the Vivo S5 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, 4100mAh battery, fast charging support, USB Type C port, up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The Vivo S5 will launch in China on November 14. For now, there are no reports on whether the Vivo smartphone will make it to India or not. Most likely the Vivo S5 will come to India as the Vivo S1 was also launched in the country.
