ivo U20 is launching this week and it is coming with a whopping 5000mAh battery size with 18W fast charging support, reveals the official teaser page of the phone on Amazon India. The battery details match what India Today Tech had said in its report on Vivo U20.
Amazon in its teaser page calls Vivo U20 as the “fastest smartphone with 5000mAh battery.” The e-retailer claims that the phone can last for 273 hrs of standby time, 21 hrs of Instagram usage, 17 hrs of Facebook usage and 11 hrs of YouTube usage with its 5000mAh battery.
Coming to what we already know about the phone from its previous rumours, the Vivo U20 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset with up to 6GB of RAM. The phone will come with a rear fingerprint sensor.
The Vivo U20, as seen in the image shared on Amazon, has a waterdrop notch on the front and triple camera setup at the back. The phone is said to be a rebranded version of the Vivo U3 that launched in China last month. The Vivo U20, according to the details shared by Amazon India, has a 6.53-inches FHD+ display and 90.3 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
Vivo recently also launched the new Vivo S5 in China. The smartphone comes in two variants based on its storage- the base variant with 128GB storage costs 2698 Yuan(roughly Rs 27,650) while the top-end model with 256GB costs 2998 Yuan(roughly Rs 30,720).
The phone is a successor to the Vivo S1 that launched in August this year. The Vivo S5 sports a 6.44-inch OLED display with FullHD+ resolution of 1080 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.38 per cent. The phone comes with a punch-hole sitting at the top-right corner of the display and it is powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 712 Octa-core chipset paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage onboard that can be expanded via microSD card.
The mid-range Vivo S5 comes with a quad-camera set-up and an LED flash at the back. The three camera sensors along with the LED flash are placed within a diamond-shaped camera module while the fourth camera sensor sits right below the module. The setup comprises of 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 5MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies you get a 32MP camera sensor. The phone is supported by a 4,010mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support and runs Funtouch OS 9.2 based on Android 9 Pie.
