Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan Highlights Good Governance, Welfare for Farmers

Union Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said the Central government is committed to the welfare of the people and providing good governance. The Minister was speaking to the media in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh. Earlier in the day, the Union Minister offered prayers at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Tirumala. Mr Chouhan stated that he prayed for the health, happiness, and prosperity of the people of the country. He reiterated that the Centre is focused on ensuring welfare measures and transparent governance for all sections of society.

Later, Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu met Union Minister Chouhan in Tirumala to discuss key issues related to farming in the state. The discussions focused on improving agriculture, implementing farmer welfare schemes, and ensuring effective execution of Central government programs in Andhra Pradesh.
