Tamil Nadu Chief Minister allocates 25 crores to procure Amphotericin

In Tamil Nadu, Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has allocated Rs.25 crores to procure Amphotericin used in the treatment of Black fungus disease. The existing lock down is being followed with certain relaxations from today. The lockdown has been extended from today till 14th of June.

According to the Government, stand alone shops selling groceries, fruits, flowers, fish and meat will be allowed to function from 6 am to 5 pm everyday. Government offices are permitted to function with 30 percent staff. Match factories can function with 50 percent employees. Fifty tokens are allowed in Sub registrar offices. Electrical shops, mechanic sheds, hardwares, spare parts, stationary shops have been allowed to function. Electricians, plumbers, and self employed persons can work after e registering themselves. Rental taxis and autos are allowed to operate with minimum passengers. Export companies are allowed to function with ten percent employees. Permission from District authorities will be needed for emergency travel to Nilgiris, Kodaikanal, Yercaud, Yelagiri and Kutralam. Push cart vendors will be allowed to sell vegetables and fruits in coordination with the local administration.
