In Rajasthan, with 738 new cases of corona infection reported in the state Friday morning, the total number of infected people has gone up to 86,965.
The death toll has also reached 1102 in the state. 71, 249 people have been recovered so far.
AIR correspondent reports, the state government has revised the rates for the treatment of COVID patients in private hospitals of the state.
All private hospitals will have to provide treatment and care facilities to the patients as per the prescribed rates.
Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma said that action will be taken against those private hospitals which do not follow the instructions issued by the health department.
He told that health department is also developing a system to check the status of vacant and engaged beds in private hospitals of the state.
