President Kovind arrives in Delhi after two-nation tour

New Delhi [India], Nov 25: President Ram Nath Kovind along with First Lady Savita Kovind reached India early morning on Sunday.
The Indian President was on a three-day official visit to Vietnam, followed by a four-day visit to Australia. He became the first Head of State to visit the two nations.
India and Vietnam on November 20 signed four agreements- one each in the spheres of communications, foreign affairs, academics, and commerce.
President Kovind, who arrived in Vietnam on November 18, interacted with leaders of Da Nang People’s Committee led by Truong Quang Nghia, Party Secretary of Da Nang.
The President, along with First Lady Savita Kovind, visited the Museum of Cham sculpture in the city of Da Nang on the second day of his three-day visit to Vietnam.
President Kovind arrived in Australia, in the second leg of his trip, on Wednesday morning.
During his bilateral trip, the President addressed the Indian diaspora at Sydney and unveiled the statue of Mahatma Gandhi marking his 150th Birth anniversary. He also met Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria and addressed the students at Melbourne University.
