Outfoxed Chinese PLA now stoops to dirty tactics at the LAC

Since the beginning of tension between India and China at the LAC, Chinese PLA has been trying to intimidate Indian Army with their dirty tactics. From April 2020, at the behest of the expansionist regime of CCP in China the PLA tried to change the status quo at LAC unilaterally , but the alert Indian Army caught them in their act.

Seeing their forward march being brought to an abrupt hold by the Indian Army, China started building up forces and artillery in large numbers all along the LAC without adhering to the agreement reached during the June 3 meeting of the Corps level. PLA tries to misadventure in the Galwan valley on June 14th , leading to the first fierce battle after 1967 between the two armies resulting in casualties in the either side.

Since then various talks have happened but China has refused to adhere to the Indian demands of status quo ante to pre April levels. Sensing the intrusive mindset of the PLA the Indian Army undertook an operation Snow Leopard to dominate strategic heights from Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) to Demchok, taking the PLA by surprise .

Seeing the aggressive stance of the Indian Army has rattled the PLA. Now in a face saver and a diversionary tactic PLA has started playing Punjabi and Hindi songs at the LAC to distract the Indian Army. Such behaviour of mind games is going to least bother the Indian Army personnel which are deemed as the best in the world in mountain warfare.

Already non professional PLA personnel have been seen carrying spears, machettes and barbed wire logs to be used as weapons against the Indian Army. In their exuberance to outwit and intimidate Indian Army the PLA resorted to firing of arms during the failed pre-empt attempts between 27th August to 8th September.

China and it’s PLA knows very well that , this time they have messed with a different India which under the able leadership of PM Narendra Modi is committed to protect the sovereignty and security of India. China should forget expansionism or else be ready to pay a heavy price for it.
