Jammu and Kashmir: Terrorist hideout busted in Anantnag forest, security forces recovered weapons

Police and army have busted a terrorist hideout in the Anantnag forest after the arrest of the conspirator of the Krishna Dhaba attack in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. In this joint operation, the security forces have recovered three AK-56 rifles, 2 Chinese pistols, 2 Chinese grenades, one telescope, six AK magazines, 2 pistol magazines and other items.

Police registered a case

On the basis of intelligence information, a joint team of security forces started a search operation in the forest of Anantnag. Meanwhile, the hideout of the terrorists was recovered, which has been destroyed. Police has registered a case in this matter.

Earlier, two LeT terrorists were caught in Bandipura

Earlier on Friday, two militants belonging to the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were arrested in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir and two grenades were also recovered from them.
