India’s Covid vaccination coverage has crossed 170 crore 81 lakh mark. Union Health Ministry said, over 95 crore 19 lakh vaccine doses have been administered as first dose and more than 74 crore 4 lakh vaccine doses given as second doses. It said, more than 48 lakh 63 thousand vaccine doses were administered yesterday.
The Ministry said, more than one crore 56 lakh precautionary doses have been administered to the eligible beneficiaries so far. Over five crore children have received the first dose and more than 91 lakh second dose of COVID-19 vaccine till date.
