Indian Nationals Advised To Avoid All Non-Essential Travel To Iran

The Ministry of External Affairs today advised Indian nationals to avoid all non-essential travel to Iran. In a travel advisory, the Ministry requested those currently residing in Iran to remain vigilant and stay in contact with the Indian Embassy in Tehran. The MEA said that it is closely monitoring the recent escalation in security situation in the region.
