IIT Bombay’s placement season started off on a good note on Day 1, which witnessed the participation of 35 companies. For domestic jobs, the highest numbers of offers were made by Texas Instruments, Google, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Mastercard, and Boston Consulting Group.
The number of International offers on Day 1 was 21, and the selection count by the end of Day 1 was 155. Total selections including PPO & PSU, by the end of day 1 were 313.
On Day 2 in slot 1, 16 companies made more than 64 job offers in various sectors. Prominent international offers were made by Sysmex Corporation (Japan). For the domestic jobs, the highest number of offers were made by Oracle, American express & Bajaj Auto.
