Thiruvananthapuram: The UAE consulate had conferred Swapna Suresh, the key accused in the gold smuggling case at Thiruvananthapuram airport, with best employee certificate in the past. She had used this certificate to obtain job at the Kerala IT department. (According Mathrubhumi News) has acquired the details of documents Swapna had submitted for the job at Vision Technologies.
The consulate had later unofficially said that she was expelled from her job over financial irregularities.
However, it is revealed now that the certificate from the consulate gave way for Swapna’s appointment in government service.
As for her educational qualifications, Swapna had furnished the graduation certificate in B.Com from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University in Maharashtra. However, it is also under scanner on suspicion of being fake.
