Education Ministry to organise Bharatiya Bhasha Summer Camp 2026 in schools across country

The Ministry of Education will organise Bharatiya Bhasha Summer Camp 2026 in all schools across the country during summer vacation.

In a social media post the Ministry said that the week-long camp will provide students an engaging opportunity to learn basic communication skills in various Indian languages through interactive activities focused on self-introduction, vocabulary building, real-life conversations and cultural appreciation.

The Ministry added that this year the initiative also introduces Indian Sign Language (ISL) as a special highlight, reinforcing the vision of inclusive and equitable education envisioned in the National Education Policy 2020. The initiative was launched by Union Minister for Education Dharmendra Pradhan last year.
