Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has appealed to the people of state to follow all Covid related guidelines.
Meanwhile, due to sharp rise in Covid cases there will be no sitting of courts today and next Friday that is December 4 in Allahabad High Court.
Instructing to further improve the Covid-19 recovery rate, the Chief Minister said that a detailed report should be obtained by the office of the Chief Secretary and the Chief Minister’s office from the District Magistrates of the districts where there is more than one death from Covid-19.
The CM has also directed the Additional Chief Secretary, Health, to communicate with the CMOs of these districts and the additional chief secretary, medical education, with the principals of medical institutions of these districts through video conferencing for use of better strategy to curb the spread of virus. State currently has 25422 active covid patients.
2237 new patients have been found in the state in the last 24 hours and 30 deaths were reported due to the deadly virus. State capital Lucknow has the highest number of 3730 active covid patients in the state.
