BJP today said that it will ensure justice to the family of victim of the Hoshiarpur rape incident. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, BJP wants justice to be delivered in a timely manner. She also said, no rape incident should be politicized.
Mrs Sitharaman said, all political parties together will have to make sure that the system responds in time and justice is delivered without delay in cases of rape.
She also said that some parties are very selective in voicing their protest when rape cases are reported from some states and remain silent when the same happens elsewhere.
