BJP hits out at Arvind Kejriwal over vaccine procurement remarks

BJP on Wednesday hit out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over the latter’s remarks over vaccine procurement. The chief minister had said that States cannot afford to compete among themselves to buy coronavirus vaccines. Addressing a press conference this evening, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said nearly 20 crore vaccines have been provided by the Centre to states and UTs.

He said there are more than 1.5 lakh vaccines available in Delhi even today. Mr Patra asked Mr Kejriwal to not do politics over the issue of vaccination.
