Arti, Puja and other religious activities allowed under Covid-19 guidelines in Gujarat

Gujarat government has decided not to celebrate Navratri in the state due to the corona-virus pandemic. However, Arti, Puja and other religious activities allowed under the Covid19 guidelines. AIR Ahmedabad correspondent reports that Navratri also signifies the importance of Ayurveda, which boosts the immunity of the people against the pandemic. More from our Ahmedabad correspondent.

Ahmedabad based Lokai Ayurveda has taken initiative to popularise the importance of Ayurveda in Navratri. Talking to AIR News, renowned Ayurvedacharya Doctor Hitesh Jani  narrates the importance of Ayurveda in the first Navratra.
