Yoga should not be limited to single day but should become part of daily life: Union Minister Chouhan

On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took part in a mass yoga session held at the ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering in Bhopal. Addressing those practising yoga with him, he said that everyone should resolve to make their life useful for the nation, society, and people.

He said yoga should not be limited to a single day but should become a part of daily life and that even half an hour a day is enough. Mr. Chouhan said that regular yoga turns the mind into an ocean of peace, makes life feel like a different experience altogether, and brings about a positive change in how one treats others.
