India Meteorological Department(IMD) has said that no adverse weather events are expected today over Chamoli, Tapovan and Joshimath – areas hit by a major glacier burst in Uttarakhand.
In its special weather advisory for the state, the IMD said, no snowfall or rainfall is likely to occur today. However, light rainfall or snowfall is expected in the northern parts of the Chamoli district tomorrow and day after tomorrow.
