UP govt announces to give priority in jobs to youth who will work under Agneepath scheme in Indian Army

The Uttar Pradesh government has announced to give priority in jobs to the youth who will work under the Agneepath scheme in the Indian Army. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced this in a tweet. He said, after serving the motherland, these youths will be given priority in UP Police recruitment and other related services.

The Chief Minister also tweeted that the double-engine government of BJP is dedicated and committed for the upliftment of the youth and to secure their future. The Central Government had on Tuesday announced the recruitment of Agniveers in the armed forces.
Yogi Adityanath had earlier praised the scheme and said it will create a ‘golden chapter’ in Indian military history.
