In Bihar, Unlock-Four became effective from today with certain restrictions. This will be effective till 6th of August.
According to revised guidelines, universities, colleges and technical institutions will be opened with fifty per cent attendance. Besides, classes of Standard 11th and 12th will also be opened with fifty per cent attendance. Online teaching will continue in educational institutions. Other schools and coaching institutions will remain closed.
The government and private offices will function with hundred per cent attendance. Shops and business establishments will remain open till 7 p.m. on alternative days. Night curfew will continue from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. next morning. Parks and gardens will be open from 6 a.m. to 12 noon.
Restaurants, Clubs, Gyms and Swimming Pools will be opened with fifty per cent presence. Religious places, Cinema halls and shopping mall will remain closed.
Government and private functions at common places have been prohibited. Only 50 persons will be allowed in marriage and funeral processions.
