SURGING NEW BHARAT UNDER PM MODI AFTER DECADES OF MISRULE BY CONGRESS UNDER JAWAHARLAL NEHRU- INDIRA GANDHI DYNASTY

PART II : PM NARENDRA MODI DIPLOMACY AND SoCIAL WELFARE POLICIES ARE CREATING NEW BHARAT 

After four centuries of slavery under Mughals (starting with Babur -1525 and ending with British rule-15 Aug’1947) Bharat became Independent. However miseries of people continued for seven decades after independence due to misrule by Nehru-Indira Gandhi dynasty due to their influenced mind of Colonial education (Covered in Part-1).

People of Bharat saw series of corruption cases and scams under UPA-1 and UPA-2 under Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Shri Manmohan Singh Government. As is on open platform stated by former secretary in his book (An Accidental Prime Minister), later being a proxy Prime Minister in office while all decisions were taken by Sonia Gandhi, Bharat got an honest and hard working PM Narendra D Modi in May’2014. He inherited a weak economy and surging inflation and high commodities prices. Fuel prices were rising and there was war in gulf. It is a common knowledge now that he has a modest background and was selling tea and his mother lives with his younger brother in a government house while his other brothers are running their respective shops for their living.

FOUNDATION OF SURGING NEW BHARAT IN 4-1/2 YEARS

During the last four years Bharat has seen a dramatic change where the ease of doing business has increased to 77 from 100 in 2017 and from 134 in 2013-2014. GDP is growing at more than 7.5% and expected to be more than 8% by 2020-21. World Bank rating and other agencies has also improved their rating during the last four years. FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) has been increasing since 2014.

               

Many countries have invested in various infrastructure projects and Make in India Projects creating new employments. Samsung has commissioned world largest mobile manufacturing company in India. Many auto companies are expanding their manufacturing capacities and new companies are coming to India. Indian Railway has expand their manufacturing base and recently launched T-18 Train which is 100% manufactured at their factories

Bharat is now seen as next superpower and is a fast growing economy. What has changed in 4-1/2 years?

4-1/2 YEARS OF PM NARENDRA MODI GOVERNMENT

PM Modi came to power with a full majority government and amidst of high expectation from the people of Bharat who have shown their confidence in him. Modi Government has delivered almost on all fronts but still people expectations from him are never ending, a phase never seen in seven decades of previous governments.

SUCCESSFUL DIPLOMATIC APPROACH:

PM Modi started his inning by positive move and invited all the SAARC members at his oath ceremony including Pakistan. He progressively visited all the neighbouring countries strengthening their relation with Bharat. He was invited by USA who earlier has kept a ban on his USA visit under UPA-2 influence. This visit proved to be a breakthrough with Obama administration breaking all the ice and his speech at Madison Square in September 2014 was a blockbuster as instantaneously it established him a emerging powerful leader. He later visited Japan, Australia, China, Russia, United Kingdom, Israel, Arabian countries and many other countries where Former Prime Ministers from Bharat have not visited. His speech at General Assembly at United Nations was applauded by all and his proposal of “Celebrating Yoga Day” has become a world event. He not only strengthens his relationships with all countries on democratic front but also on personal front as well. This gave him room to have discussions on personal level. President Putin, President Xi Jinping, PM Shinzo Abbe and others have openly acknowledged him and had one to one discussions on various occasions. It will not be out of place to say no previous leader from Bharat has got such respect and attention.

FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM:

During his foreign visits PM Modi  on every opportunity raised the cause and worries of terrorism that were disturbing the piece of world. He successful could expose Pakistan as Hub of terrorism where all terrorist organisation are grooming by one name or other. World to took the notice and slowly Pakistan is getting isolated from the world diplomatically. Various countries has put up the sanction on Pakistan and flow of fund and investment started going down. Today Pakistan has reached a stage where its economy is fully shambles and its new PM Imran Khan is running with begging bowl from one place to other.

Parallely  he has taken action against the terrorist in Kashmir under “All Out Operations” in Kashmir and every now and then terrorist are killed. Movement of Maoists in Chattisgarh are also getting reduced any many area are now freed from Maoist. Many Maoist activists are surrendering to government and are coming in main stream.

FIGHT AGAINST BLACK MONEY AND TAX COMPLIANCE: DEMONETISATION AND GST

When PM Modi took the charge he noted that Budget and NPA figures given by UPA-2 were wrong. The government observed that whole economy was shamble. PM Modi in one of his speech has stated that in the interest of nation he did not bring the white paper as it would have hurt the counter adversely. He along with Finance Minister slowly started to take the corrective actions. The Government department and Bureaucracy habituated of coming late were disciplined to come on time. This increased the availability of man-hours. The biggest issue was to fight against the Black money within the country and that were flowing through shell companies.

In a courageous move on 8^Th Nov’2016 at 8.00 PM in his address he announced the demonetisation of Rs.500 and Rs.1000 currency. This was a very challenging and very big move as more than 80% currency notes were of these denominations. More than 5.0 Lakh Crores of these denominations were not coming back in circulation. Moreover the Fake money rackets promoted by Pakistan and Bangladesh and in some pockets of West Bengal were booming which was used for promoting terrorism in Kashmir and other area. With one stroke both, the black money and Fake currency rackets were destroyed. This impacted the terrorist and Maoist organisation adversely. The move was not only hailed by common people but gave full support to the Government in-spite of Congress and opposition parties trying to instigate the people though agitations.

In the subsequent move he closed more than 3.0 Lakhs of shell companies, brought Benami Property act various laws which started impacting the cash business and compliance for filing return. The tax-base which was around +3.0 crores in 2014 is almost double. Now the digital transactions are increasing rapidly bringing down the cash requirements.

There were more than 30+ taxes that were charged under various acts. All these taxes were removed and most of the items (Excluding Liquor & Fuel) have been brought under GST act. This has simplified the transactions, faster movements of goods across states. The annual indirect tax collection is now estimated at 12.0+ Lakhs crores.

Higher tax compliance and better return of indirect taxes are contributing favourably to GDP which is now growing @7.7%

THE FUGITIVE ECONOMIC OFFENDERS BILL:

The Banking sector in 2014 was adversely affected due to NPA (Non Performing Assets) as many big companies who have taken bank loans for their business were not paying back interest and capital loan. Under UPA the loan were given on a phone call by Former Finance Minister under “Former Congress President Directions”. In one of his speech against the No Confidence Motion moved by opposition PM Modi stated that “Mobile Banking” was started by Congress as the loans were given to defaulters on a phone call. These NPA has run into lakhs of crores in the last two years of UPA-2 impacted the Bank performance and at the risk of coming in RED.

Government passed “The Fugitive Economic Offenders Bill” to Recover these bad loan even from those who have flown out of country on the tips of their friends in Congress and Bureaucracy. Since then many Industry either have returned their loans or the loans are being recovered by Banks by attaching their Business and properties. Slowly financial conditions of the banks are improving while many have got notice under the law.

TRUST ON IMPROVEMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND MOVEMENT BY ROAD AND RAIL:

The Government is constructing international quality roads all across the nation at a formidable speed. Through these roads the time of travel by road is increasing thus saving fuel and lowering the cost of transport. New water ways are built for transportation of goods avoiding the road congestion. Recently first ship carrying containers from West Bengal to Varanasi is commissioned. Similarly many high speed rails are introduced with quality coaches for the convenience of people. Metro rail are being built in various cities for faster movement and decongest the traffic on roads.

There were more than 18000 villages which were not connected with electricity even after 7-decades of independence. In today world Television, internet and mobile and other gadgets are the way of life. To connect the country and villages digitally, the government has laid down fiber optics cable across the country. Now all village Panchayats are connected with internet and good quality roads.

EMPOWERING PRIViLAGE CLASS THROUGH SOCIAL WELFARE SCHEMES:

More than half of our population lives in Villages or remote area. All these years these manpower was facing un-employments and do not have means and facilities available to urban population. People were cooking foods under smoke, going for open defecation, living in KACHCHA houses and not getting the Government benefits and subsidies meant for them.  PM Modi resolved to empower them and launched various social welfare schemes.

To name a few:

• Crores of people open Bank accounts with insurance and overdraft were open with ZERO balance under Jan Dhan Yojna. Approximately Rs.90,000 Crores are now deposited in these banks accounts
• The benefits and subsidies were transferred using JAM (Jandhan-Adhaar-Mobile) to the beneficiary accounts avoiding pilferage.
• Toilets under Swatch Bharat were built across countries and schools. Crores of Houses are being built and given under PM Awas Yojna.
• More than 5.0 Crores families are benefited with LPG gas connections under Ujjawal Yojna.
• Crores of loans are given for starting their own Business under Mudra Loan Yojna. NPA under this is reported below 10% where lakhs of women are benefitted who have started their own work.
• 50 Crores people are the beneficiary for free Medical Treatment upto 5.0 Lakhs per family who are under BPL as per 2011 Census. More than 1.5 Lakhs people are already have used this scheme.
• Loan to MSME are now provide in less than an hour.

There are several other measures taken by Government such as availability of cheap medicines, stents and knee replacement kit etc

CONCLUSION:

A nation is strong only when its people of lower end of a pyramid are strong. Nation cannot be strong without the strong base and connected with its roots and culture. For a big tree it is essential that its roots are strong which can survive by itself in case of any difficult time.

WHY CONGRESS SHALL NEVER BEEN VOTED TO POWER

CONGRESS and Dynasty parties shall never been voted for power as they are drenched with corruption and scams. They and their leader prosper at the cost of poor draining Lakhs of crores of rupees taxpayers money. For the progress of nation it is MANDATORY that Congress all dynastic regional parties are kept away AND NEVER VOTED AGAIN TO POWER. Congress COLONIAL mindset and their divisive Polices and following the LORD Macaulay theory to cut the natives from their roots has harmed the country. Congress leaders are showing their uncivilised culture of abusing a sitting Prime Minister by calling names (Neech, Bichhu, Dengu Ka Macchar etc) and hurting Hindu sentiments and demography of country. Since they are unable to find a single corruption charges against PM Narendra Modi their hurling lies and abuses which has no base.

WHY SHRI NARENDRA MODI SHALL BE ELECTED AS PM NOT ONLY IN 2019 BUT ALSO IN 2024

The SINGLE MOST reason why Shri Narendra Modi shall be PM again is his NO CORRUPTION in 4-1/2 years and is hard working and committed Government is making the people of lower stronger and self sufficient. His schemes has also strengthen the Rural area which was neglected all these years (Please read: My tribute to PM MODI on his birthday ) First time ever Bharat has a PM who is focussed and empowering the poor. All of his work and beneficiary social welfare policies are for People of Nation irrespective of cast and religion. Under him BHARAT shall be soon a SUPER POWER and fast growing economy.

No wonder if NEW BHARAT now is SURGING and getting notice of world under PM Narendra Modi due to his Diplomatic Strategies, Economic Policies and Empowering Poor through Social Welfare Schemes.
