Prez Kovind pays tribute at National War Memorial in Delhi

President Ram Nath Kovind today paid  tribute at the National War Memorial in New Delhi on the occasion of Independence Day. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and three service chiefs were also present on this occasion.
