Aadhaar-based e-KYC transactions have seen a 22 per cent hike in the month of November as compared to October this year. The Electronics and Information Technology Ministry has informed that 28.75 crore e-KYC transactions were executed using Aadhaar in the last month. It further stated that 195.39 crore Aadhaar authentication transactions were carried out during the period which is over 11 per cent more than in October. By the end of November, the cumulative number of e-KYC transactions had gone up to 1350.24 crore. So far, cumulatively 8621.19 crore Aadhaar authentication transactions have been executed by the end of last month.
