In Jharkhand, today is the last day of filing of nominations for fifth and last phase of State Assembly elections.
Polling would be held on 20th of this month in 16 constituencies spread over six districts.
In all, 181 candidates have filed their nominations for this phase so far. Scrutiny of nomination papers would be undertaken tomorrow and the last date for withdrawal of candidature will be 6th of December.
Meanwhile, campaigning is in full swing in poll-bound constituencies for the second and third phase.
