The Indian Olympic Association has initiated a dialogue process with the Future Host Commission, the dedicated body of the International Olympic Committee that deals with the host selection process of the Olympic Games.
In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya said the Indian Olympic Association has already issued a Letter of Intent on October 1, expressing interest to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2036.
