IMD Forecasts Heavy Rainfall In Parts Of Northeast And South Peninsular India

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rainfall over some parts of Northeast and South Peninsular India today. According to IMD, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Rayalaseema and Coastal Karnataka are expected to witness isolated heavy rainfall over the next three days. The IMD said, isolated heavy rainfall is very likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya till 11 of this month and over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura today.
