How work done under Modi Sarkar1 comes to rescue India in time of lockdown in Modi Sarkar2

It was in September 2013, when Bhartiya Janta Party’s parliamentary committee decided to project Gujarat CM Narendra Damodardas Modi as the party’s Prime Ministerial candidate for the upcoming Loksabha elections in 2014.

After a well fought election, when the results were declared on 16th May 2014 history was created as BJP alone managed to get simple majority on it’s own by winning 282 seats out of 543 seats and NDA getting 336 seats in all.

So the stage was set for Narendra Damodardas Modi to take oath as Prime Minister of India in the 16th Loksabha. With PM Narendra Modi assuming office he wasn’t going to have it easy. His task was cut out from day 1 and he had to carry the load of aspirations of a Billion plus people who believed in him and his detractors were ready to write him off even before his term would end in 2019.

As PM Narendra Modi was assuming the office his chair was full of thorns. The economy was reeling and so was the confidence in the government was at an all time low due to corruption and scams under UPA 2.

Even at the global level there was much more to prove and establish India as an important member in the international politics.

So, PM Modi quietly decided to bring about a drastical change in the way India would march forward in the 21st century. In his first speech from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the Independence Day he disclosed his vision for India. He spoke about building toilets, homes for the poor & Jandhan bank accounts for all.

Looking at his announcements his detractors were making fun of him but he kept quiet and deligently went about his business. His vision succeeded and soon more than 20 crore Jandhan accounts were opened within a span of 6 months and thus in turn creating a Guiness world record.

With Swatch Bharat mission numerous toilets were made and under PM Awas Yojna several economic weaker class were having their own houses. 100% electrification was achieved by his government. Citizens who could afford gas cylinders were asked to voluntarily leave the gas subsidy and such new gas connections were given under PM Ujjwala Yojna. Through Make In India manufacturing was given stress and leading world companies were asked to come and manufacture in India.

Then came 8th November 2016 when Demonetization was declared by PM Narendra Modi .This was the real game changer as suddenly India was gradually shifted to do banking transaction and business digitally. People started using Paytm, Phone Pe, Google Pay & UPI transactions and Net Banking. By the end of his term in the year 2018 PM Narendra Modi gave India it’s first government funded medi claim policy known as the PM Jan Aarogya Yojna ( Ayushman Bharat) . In the month of February 2019 PM Narendra Modi gave 50 Crore farmers a cash benefit scheme under PM Kissan Samman Nidhi Yojna.

Soon the dates for elections of 2019 were announced and again on  23rd May 2019 India re-elected its beloved PM Narendra Damodardas Modi to be the next Prime Minister. The stage was set for him to capitalise on the good work of Modi Sarkar 1 and create India a $5 Trillion economy. But then came the year 2020 and with it came Coronavirus pandemic.

Entire world is reeling because of this and India is no exception. When the situation was about to set its foot hold in India PM Modi decided that India should go under lockdown from 24th March 2020.

Since then India has been under lockdown and currently lockdown 3 is going on with some relaxations depending upon the COVID effect in various parts of the country. Now for a country like India which has huge population of economic weaker sections and farmers it was a difficult task for government to provide relief to them.

It’s here the good work done under Modi Sarkar 1 came in handy. Economic stimulus was declared in the end of March and through it this section was catered too.

Through the Jandhan accounts held by women Modi government announced a direct bank transfer of Rs 500/- for three consecutive months.

Transfer of PM Kissan Niddhi of Rs 2,000/- was made to the accounts of the farmers. Under the PM Ujjwala Yojna all such beneficiaries were given 1 LPG Cylinder per month for free for 3 consecutive months.

Through the Ayushman Bharat Yojna the medical expenses at the time of COVID are being taken care off.

Now comes in the role of Digital India wherein banking & business transaction are being done even without the need of visiting the banks.

Even through the Make In India mission India has been able to create manufacturing facility of more than 2,00,000 lakh PPE kits & N95 Masks which originally had zero production till mid of March on daily basis. Even more than 60,000 Ventilators are being manufactured in India to deal with this pandemic.

India has become the pharmacy of the world and has provided Hydroxy Chloroquine, Paracetamol, APIs of various other medicines to more than 100 Countries. Even Yoga which gained international recognition under Modi Sarkar 1 showed world the way to keep fit when various gyms are closed .Through Ayurveda simple techniques and use of homely products is playing a crucial role in increasing the immunity levels of the people across the world.

PM Narendra Modi has rightly said that India should try to become self sufficient which it is slowly achieving and had it not been the efforts and various schemes of Modi Sarkar 1, India would have been reeling in lockdown.

So as they say “The More You Sweat In Peace, The Less You Bleed In War” it’s the hard work if Modi Sarkar 1 which has paid off very well in Modi Sarkar 2.
