Govt has prepared Clean Air Programme for 102 cities to protect 5 elements of nature: Javadekar

Minister of Information & Broadcasting and Environment, Forest and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar has said  that in the first 50 days of the government, all the farmers were made eligible for pensions and minimum wage guarantee was given to them. In an exclusive interview exclusive  to All India Radio News he said, the government is taking care of all sections of the society. 

Taking about All India Radio, he said it is the most credible organisation over the years. He said Radio reaches everyone and people love it. He said, Radio should be infotainment. The minister added that the govt is working on increasing the number of FM stations and it includes private FM also. He added that Private FM Channels can take news from AIR News for their broadcast.The minister said, the digital technology will come in place by 2024 and it will increase the number of stations 4 times. 

Talking about the plan for next five years for environment, he said, govt has prepared a Clean Air Programme for 102 cities which is the birth right of all the citizens. He added, that government is committed to protect the 5 elements of nature.
