Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will hold pre-Budget consultations with various stakeholders in New Delhi from today. She will seek inputs from industry bodies, farmer organisations and economists for boosting growth. She is likely to present her second budget in Parliament on the 1st of February next year.
The Finance Minister will meet stakeholder groups of new Economy – Start-ups, Fintech and Digital Sector. Later in the day, she will hold consultations with representatives of financial sector and capital market.
