Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the development of the country lies in the development of the States. Mr Modi said this while responding to the tweet of Member of Parliament, Ranchi Sanjay Seth. Mr Seth has expressed gratitude to the approval of 21 National Highway projects costing nine thousand 400 crore rupees in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Prime Minister said, these national projects will give a new impetus to the progress of the entire country including Jharkhand.
