A Delhi court sent Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s nephew Ratul Puri to judicial custody till the 17th of this month in connection with a bank loan fraud. Special judge Sanjay Garg sent him to judicial custody.
The Enforcement Directorate had arrested Ratul Puri on 20th of last month in the money laundering case arising out of the bank loan fraud.
