PicsIn Bihar, COVID-19 recovery rate has improved to 97.12 per cent. This is 3.45 per cent more than the national average.
The number of active cases in the state is continuously declining.
Currently, 5,415 patients are undergoing treatment at various hospitals. Maximum positive cases of 1,729 are from Patna while 252 is from Muzaffarpur and 205 from Bhagalpur.
In all, 462 patients recovered in the last 24 hours while 278 new cases were reported.
Over 2,23,615 patients have so far recovered from the infection in the state.
