Advocate prathish filed a complaint against Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and 6 others – thiruvananthapuram DGP Loknath Behra, Kottayam SP Harishankar, Bindu ammani, Kanagadurga, Rehana Fathima, Shiju Malayalam Communications Ltd.
Case filed against them on various sections of IPC for entering the Holy hill of Sabarimala and entering inside the Temple without being a devotee and the 6th accused (Rehana Fathima) being a Muslim whose entry is restricted by the Apex Court.
As per constitution, Right for Equality is accepted, but as per Religion if some Traditional customs followed, it’s a duty of every Hindu to follow the same and show the unity to save Hindu Temples and Hinduism in India.
