BRAVE CF 41: Ahmed Amir represents Bahrain against Ireland’s Cian Cowley

KHK MMA’s Ahmed Amir will represent the Kingdom of Bahrain against SBG Ireland Cian Cowley at BRAVE CF 41, on September 17.

Ahmed Amir has been training under the KHK MMA banner for the last few years, when he moved to the Kingdom of Bahrain and joined the team founded by His Royal Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

Amir’s next challenge will be probably the most important of his professional career, as he takes on Conor McGregor’s protegee Cian Cowley.

Cowley is a member of Dublin’s SBG Ireland and a long-time friend of MMA superstar Conor McGregor. Conor was even present at Cowley’s BRAVE CF debut, back in 2018, in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

A muay thai fighter, Cowley is a five-fight BRAVE CF veteran. On the other hand, Amir has seven bouts under the fastest-growing MMA promotion in the world’s banner, being competing for BRAVE CF since its first edition, back in 2016.

BRAVE CF 41 will take place on September 17 and will be a closed-doors event, following the most strict safety and security protocols.

In the main event, Middleweight world champion Daniel Gaucho will look to defend his crown for the first time against Arab MMA legend Mohammad Fakhreddine. Also set for fight night is the rematch of one of the best-ever BRAVE CF contests as Brazilians Luan ‘’Miau’’ Santiago will look for revenge against Lucas ‘’Mineiro’’, in a battle of former Lightweight champions.
