BRAVE CF 41: Ahmed Amir counts on KHK MMA to make the most of his biggest career fight

Ahmed Amir has had ups and downs in his MMA career, but he believes to have found the right balance to take his name forward at BRAVE Combat Federation. After a dominant win last year in Saudi Arabia against Yousef Wehbe, he has been presented with an opportunity to make his name known worldwide. He will face top striker Cian Cowley, on September 17th, at BRAVE CF 41.

Cowley is known across the world for his association with superstar Conor McGregor and for his striking prowess. A win over him would do wonders for ‘’The Butcher’’ who has worked diligently for years in order to gain this opportunity.

Now a full-time member of KHK MMA, one of the biggest teams in the world founded by His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, he is excited to showcase the improvements he has made during his time in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Once a pure wrestler, Amir has developed his game immensely, working on maintaining top control at all times, and his striking game has also improved dramatically since joining KHK MMA.

Ahmed is firing up on all cylinders for his return bout and has been training for the last months in hopes of providing the fans with a show they won’t forget.

He will have the opportunity to do so when he meets Cowley at BRAVE CF 41. A win over the Irishman can get Ahmed closer to his goal of getting a rematch against current Lightweight world champion Cleiton ‘’Predator’’.

They fought in Brazil, back at BRAVE CF 11, when Cleiton didn’t make weight. Ahmed accepted the fight regardless and ended up on the losing side. He believes he’s the better fighter and, with the help of KHK MMA and Bahrain, will look to get one step closer to getting that title shot when he faces Cowley.
