Ban on Chinese Apps by India will hit Chinese economy: Cyber Expert

Cyber Expert Pawan Duggal says the ban on Chinese Apps by India will hit  Chinese economy. Talking to AIR News, Mr Duggal said, the global valuation of these Apps has fallen down by 50 to 60 per cent. He said, these apps generated several thousand crore rupees and it has now been stopped.

Mr Duggal said that huge data going from India through these Apps has also been blocked. The government had yesterday blocked 118 mobile apps including PUBG which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India. Earlier, in June, the government had  banned 59 mobile Apps, including TikTok and Helo Lite.
