Several parts of Odisha continue to experience fog during morning hours

Several parts of Odisha continue to experience fog during the morning hours. In the capital Bhubaneswar, visibility was reduced to about 200 metres early this morning due to fog.

A large part of the state has recorded a minimum temperature below 15 degree Celsius during the last 24 hours.

About one-third the state woke up into a foggy morning today. In keeping with the yellow warning of dense fog issued earlier by the Bhubaneswar based Meteorological Centre, the daytime visibility was quite low in about 10 districts including the coastal ones.

Local administrations in these districts have been ing people especially early morning commuters to exercise caution while on the move, to avert any kind of accident.
