Rajya Sabha member and former Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh died on Saturday afternoon at the age of 64..
Singh was ill for a very long time and was undergoing treatment in Singapore for some months.
A recent report published in Mumbai Mirror said he was in ICU and his family was by his side.
Singh had suffered kidney failure in year 2013.
