In a breakthrough, BSF troops in Punjab today recovered over seven kilograms of ICE (Methamphetamine) from an agricultural field near a village in Amritsar. Sources have claimed that this is the largest consignment of ICE, a synthetic drug, recovered in Punjab in the recent past. Acting on a specific intelligence, the troops launched a late-night operation along the Amritsar border with Pakistan and a drone movement was intercepted, which was neutralised. A thorough search of the suspected dropping zone led to the recovery of one assembled drone along with a big black bag tied to it, which was carrying seven packets of the ICE.
