Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Varanasi, his Parliamentary Constituency tomorrow, on a day-long visit. He will dedicate over 30 projects to the nation at a public function. These include a 430-bed Government Super Speciality Hospital at Kashi Hindu Vishwavidyalaya and a 74-bed Psychiatry Hospital at BHU.
The Prime Minister will dedicate the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Memorial Centre to the nation and will unveil the 63-feet Statue of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. This is the largest statue of the leader in the country.
Mr Modi will also be flag off the IRCTC’s Maha Kaal Express through video link. The train will connect three Jyotirling Pilgrim Centres – Varanasi, Ujjain and Omkareshwar. Apart from other engagements, the Prime Minister is also scheduled to participate in the Closing Ceremony of the Centenary Celebrations of Shri Jagadguru Vishwaradhya Gurukul.
He will release the translated version of the Shri Siddhant Shikhamani Granth in 19 languages and a related mobile app. The Manager of the Gurukul popularly known as Jangumbadi Math told AIR that devotees at the math are quite excited about PM’s visit.
