President Ramnath Kovind will pay a three-day visit to Karnataka from next Thursday. He will visit the Mysuru Palace and inaugurate the Centenary celebration of the erstwhile ruler of Mysore, Late Jayachamaraja Wadiyar on October 10th.
Next day the President will pay obeisance at Nanjangud Srikanteshwara temple and offer prayers at Sree Chamundeshwari temple atop Chamundi hills in the morning. On the same day later, he will lay the foundation stone for the JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research at Varuna village.
On the third day on October 12, Mr.Kovind will visit Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Sansthana in Bengaluru after a breakfast meeting with Chief Justice and Judges of Karnataka High Court and also paying a visit to the house of former Union Minister Late H N Ananth Kumar.
