President Droupadi Murmu has extended greetings to all citizens on the occasion of Durga Puja today. In her message on social media, the President said that Durga Puja is celebrated as a victory of good over evil and Maa Durga is considered as a symbol of shakti. She said that this festival is an occasion to fully devote to Goddess Durga and promote unity and understanding among all religions. The President also wished that Maa Durga give strength, courage and determination to create a just, sensitive and equitable society.
