In Bihar, Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister will address three election meetings today at Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Patna. This is his second visit to Bihar for election campaigning. Tight security arrangements have been made in view of PMs visit.
Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will also address two election meetings at Valmiki Nagar and Kuseshwarsthan (Darbhanga).
Hectic campaigning for the second and third phase of elections has begun. Star campaigners and senior leaders of different parties including RJD, Congress, LJP and left parties are holding public meetings. Second phase of polling will be held on the 3rd of November while third and final Phase will be held on the 7th of November.
