Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani on his 97th birthday today. In a social media post, Mr. Modi said, Bharat Ratna LK Advani is among the country’s most admired statesmen who devoted himself for the nation’s development. The Prime Minister added that Mr. Advani has always been respected for his intellect and rich insights. Calling himself fortunate to have received the guidance of veteran BJP leader, the Prime Minister prayed for his long life. Prime Minister Modi said this year is even more special as Mr. Advani was conferred the Bharat Ratna for his outstanding service to the nation.
