Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed anguish over the loss of lives due to the collapse of a building in Bengaluru. In a social media post, Prime Minister Modi extended his thoughts to all those who have lost their loved ones and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.
Mr Modi has also announced an ex-gratia of 2 lakh rupees from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to the next of kin of each deceased, while 50 thousand rupees will be provided to the injured.
