Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda has said that PM- Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) aims to strengthen health services delivery and public health infrastructure in the country. Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha on Friday, Mr Nadda said, the objective of the programme is to provide quality services for primary healthcare, secondary healthcare and tertiary health care. Mr Nadda said, the mission also aims to establishment of over three thousand 300 Block Public Health Units at block level, 730 Integrated Public Health Labs and 602 Critical Care Blocks. He said, PM – Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) is centrally sponsored scheme which has total outlay of over 64 thousand crore rupees.
