Oil prices today fall after OPEC, other producers agree to ease record supply curbs

Oil prices today fell after OPEC and other producers including Russia agreed to ease record supply curbs from August, though the drop was cushioned by tightening global inventories as economic activity picks up.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude prices were trading around 43 dollars and 40 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were around 40 dollars and 70 cents per barrel.
