Night curfew lifted in Chandigarh in compliance with govt’s Unlock-4 guidelines

Chandigarh Administration has lifted the night curfew as directed by  Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Union Territory Chandigarh, V P Singh Badnore in compliance with the directives under unlock-4 yesterday.

Adviser to Administrator Manoj Parida stated that the orders received from Central Government regarding Unlock 4 have been circulated for information and strict compliance by all concerned.  

Meanwhile, the Administrator  of Union Territory, Chandigarh V P Singh Badnore has  directed doctors to focus on symptomatic patients and to take special care of their health.  

Giving the directions he has also said that covid positive persons staying in home isolation should be regularly monitored.  They should be brought to hospital in case there is deterioration or aggravation of their medical condition.

The Control Room must check their status everyday over phone and ambulance should be ready to shift them to hospital.  Such facilities should be available round-the-clock.
